Tracking Codes

We'll send you a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been processed and shipped, so you can keep an eye on your delivery's progress.
Please allow 2 days for your order to be processed, although sometimes exceptions do happen.

Making Changes to Your Order

We know that sometimes things change, so if you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible by emailing Please note that we can only accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of placing your order, and we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Delivery Options

We offer parcel service option for your convenience. If you're not at home when your delivery arrives, the parcel service provider will leave a notice card with instructions on how to collect your package. Don't forget to check your tracking code for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts!

Making Changes to Your Delivery

If you need to make changes to your delivery, such as leaving the package at the door or arranging for delivery to a neighbor, please talk directly with the parcel courier.
It's important to remember that only the recipient of the package can give permission for these changes, and any issues that may arise due to permission given to the parcel courier are the responsibility of the courier and the recipient.
